Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Hotel needs more WORKING elevators. We waited over 20-30 minutes for an elevator to get to and from our room. We ended up deciding to take the stairs to the 6th floor majority of the time, even with our lu...ggage, as the line for the elevator was way too long. They also need to hire new people for the valet, they scratched our rental car and have never followed up on our claim.

quality was less than expected for a Hyatt property price exceeded that of some apparently nicer properties closer to the beach it was an adequate stay but less than impressive for hyatt property and I am... a Hyatt premier customer a few nearby hotels seemed nicer at a lesser price per night
