This Hotel is one of the best my family and I have stayed at. The representatives who are employed here are so welcoming and helpful. The location of this hotel is literally down the street from the beach and so close to the shopping plaza. This Hotel has left such a wonderful impact to out vacation I will be booking here again in the future and again the staff is wonderful that is what the icing on the cake is. Thank you for everything Hyatt Hotel Waikiki it was an amazing stay.

Somewhat satisfied overall with few of the services like the front desk, the concierge, the breakfast set up & food. Pool so small & cannot even swim for adults. Part of the destination fees of the $35 a day which for us was unreasonable charges & speaking about the beach chairs they were small, dirty, and awful. The main restaurant had nothing to offer but a basically a snack menu.

Excellent hotel. We were there on our honey moon and they did their best to accommodate us. The room was clean and their staff were very attentive. I couldn’t have asked for more during my stay there. It was also very close to the beach and great restaurants

Don't be fooled by the "Specialty Ocean View" description. That simply means a hole cut into the wall were you get a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. No balcony either. To be fair, the staff accommodated us after raising a complaint and moved us to a room with a balcony and an ocean view.

One of my best hotel stays, employees were friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean updated, they have water stations to fill your bottle waters, the beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure, the breakfast had a few different options every day, the pool wasn't special but we mostly went to the beach its also close to beach and restaurants
