Great family and pet friendly hotel

They hotel is centrally located to walk to restaurants, Dukes market, and the International Mall. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we nee...ded to make our trip special. They even have two goldfish in bowls that you can “pet sit” in your room if you are missing your own pet back home. My daughter loved having Stitch in our room and getting to feed him each day. The city view suite is spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed, and once you get inside the hotel you no longer feel as if you are in the middle of a city.

The staff is super friendly and always does their best to accommodate your needs. The amenities are well-kept, and the rooms were remarkably clean. I loved that they offered two different types of pillows ...— a fluffy one that wasn’t too big or stiff, and a memory foam pillow as another option.
