We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric! It’s a boutique hotel right in the center of Waikiki and close to shopping, restaurants and only a few blocks from the beach. The property is newer and more modern than many other hotels in the area. As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a spacious ocean view room. While technically there is a pool, it’s very shallow and not meant for swimming but great if you’re sun bathing and just need to splash and cool off! There’s also a small gym which was empty on the days that I went! Staff is great and provided very personal interactions, which is one of the reasons I prefer staying at a smaller property. Hotel also provides beach chairs that you can take to the beach. There’s no restaurant on site, but there is literally food/restaurants everywhere within a minute of stepping outside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
