Many thanks to the Hyatt Centric in the French Quarter for a fantastic stay during the busy Holiday season. The service, location, value & cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. Special thanks to the front desk for answering all our questions (I had a lot of them)! Breakfast daily was superb; delivered with a smile 100% of the time. The lobby bar was also a hit for drinks & it's dinner service. All questions were answered with kindness, a smile and good cheer! Shout out to Bonnie, Garret, DeShawn, Eric & Tracy for such stupendous service!! Happy New Year!

Great for sleep only. Staff was excellent. Decent gym. Had deletion. Pool was not really a pool. 14" inch max. More like sitting pool. No restaurant and no bar. Ad you see about food and restaurant is for another place. No on-site food other then quick snacks and quick cereal you have to buy.
