Terrible customer service at front desk!

Sadly, I cannot give Conrad Hilton staff—specifically Trevor and Delvin—the recognition I had hoped to. I was charged a $50 fee by Delvin for a late checkout at 2:00 PM, and he noted it in the system. I ha...d informed him my conference would end at 1:00 PM and that I simply needed extra time to change for the airport. He assured me I was all set. However, my key was not reprogrammed, and when I returned to my room, I was locked out. I went back to the front desk, where I spoke to Trevor. He initially seemed helpful and said my card had not been charged, and he would issue me a new key good until 1:15 PM so I could retrieve my belongings. Unfortunately, that key also didn’t work. Thankfully, a kind floor manager let me in so I could quickly change and grab my luggage. When I stopped by the front desk to collect my statement, Trevor informed me the $50 charge had been applied—even though I was never in the room until the originally approved 2:00 PM time. Trevor’s demeanor was condescending, dismissive, and disrespectful, which only compounded my frustration. There’s no doubt that Conrad Hilton is a beautiful property in the heart of glamorous Las Vegas. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered stunning views. However, comfort and cleanliness can be found at many boutique hotels. What sets a stay apart is customer service, and in this case, that was sorely lacking. I will not be recommending this hotel for future conferences or stays.

Absolutely blown away! We travelled to Vegas from the UK for Wrestlemania and our youngest brothers 21st birthday as he’s a massive WWE fan. Our brother has been going through a rough time recently, as soo...n as Dexter from guest services found out about this he did everything he possibly could to make sure his trip was extra special. Dexter even went as far as going to the WWE store and having some merchandise of his favourite superstar John Cena waiting in the room for him as we arrived. The hotel itself is unbelievable, there’s that much going on you could spend your full holiday there without leaving the front door. Lots to do for everyone, very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend resorts world to anyone looking to stay in Vegas and again want to say a huge thank you to Dexter, you played a massive part in making our brothers 21st so special. Resorts world is very lucky to have someone that cares so much about their guests as much as you do.
