A beautiful hotel with a great pool and fantastic dining, but I think it could be even better

It's difficult to rate a Las Vegas luxury hotel because when you compare it to non-LV hotels, it's obviously 5 star worthy. But I have stayed in LV many times including at Resorts World previously. The g...ood; very clean, new and upmarket, own mini fridge, very fast elevators - you're never wating, fairly quick queues at reception, decent internet, TV allows device streaming and works well. Great pool area, even if some of the reserve seating is quite stupid. The infinity pool is really nice if you feel like overpaying for it. Some of the best places to eat and drink are at Resorts World. The bad; I could not think of a single reason as to why Conrad is considered better than Hilton. They're basically identical, if you see a cheaper price at Hilton, just stay there. While the Conrad is nice, it doesn't ooze luxury like other Vegas hotels. No electronic blinds, no bath, a pretty bland aesthetic. Some other minor things: wouldn't give me a late check out, incorrectly charged me over $400USD which I had to query before they fixed it. I think a really good comparison for Resorts World, Hilton or Conrad (I can't speak for Crockfords yet) is Fontainebleau which is also new and right across the road. I've stayed there and I found it superior. The rooms were just much nicer, it feels more luxurious, the pool area is actually better with a superior layout. Even the service was better. I don't think I'll return to Resorts World again unless I get the opportunity to try Crockfords. If I need to stay up strip, I'll go back to Fontainebleau.

CON-RAD

There is no free drinking water (I am Hilton gold member), in room - $12. No hot water for tea or coffee. No bar soap. The check in on the app asks me to give consent to some data that I dont need to but s...ays I cant proceed without it… dont bother with this hotel…

Has potential, but check in needs work.

Hotel exterior is beautiful. Check in process is bizarre for a large hotel chain. No app check in, onsite online consists of a QR code that ultimately leads no where. Line was extremely slow (I’m silver H...Honors, which delegated me to normal line). Took about an hour - my actual time getting my key was about 3 minutes. There are so many obvious ways to fix this. Outside of that, the hotel is spacious, our room had a large window view to the strip, daily maid service. Onsite food is plenty and lots of variety. The place isn’t packed with people wandering around, like the hotels closer to the center of strip.

Conrad “simpleton” not Hilton.

They give you the impression that you are very insignificant. Being a diamond member did not matter as the check in agent insisted I was silver!!!! For starters….He could not pull up my reservation and did... not want to look at information on my Hilton app and did not want me to give him the confirmation number. It took SO LONG. He was SO UNPROFESSIONAL, not sure how he got that job!!! They do not have coffee makers in the room, so you don’t even have hot water. The rooms are spacious and clean. However I would never go back there.

Poor staff, rip off hotel

JenniferR516 (Stansted Mountfitchet, United Kingdom) on Mar 22, 2025

I had an extremely disappointing stay at the Resorts World Conrad in Las Vegas. After a cancelled flight, my colleagues and I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, exhausted and just wanting to get to our rooms. W...hat followed was a chaotic and painfully slow check-in process that took over an hour. It was taking 10-15 minutes per person, and the staff seemed completely untrained, unsure of what they were doing. When I finally got to my room, I was hungry, so I grabbed a tube of chips from the minibar—only to find they were stale and had expired in 2023. When I brought this up at the front desk the next day, I was met with complete indifference. The staff member expected me to report it to a different department, as if it were my responsibility to fix their housekeeping issues. There were also safety concerns. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and got jammed while I was in it, which felt incredibly unsafe. Again, when I reported it to a staff member, they asked me to report it to someone else—once again, as though this were my responsibility. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was shocking. On top of all this, the resort fee was extremely high and wasn’t made clear on the booking site before arrival. It felt like a hidden charge, adding to the frustration of an already overpriced stay. Even more frustrating, at least half of the sun loungers at the pool were reserved, and they expected guests to pay an extra $200 for the nicer ones—despite already paying a premium for the room and resort fee. There was no free water or coffee in the rooms, and the minibar and other services were absurdly overpriced. For a supposedly high-end hotel, these basic amenities should have been included. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money. I will not be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
