Conrad “simpleton” not Hilton.

JennyGonsalves (Houston, Texas) on Mar 27, 2025

They give you the impression that you are very insignificant. Being a diamond member did not matter as the check in agent insisted I was silver!!!! For starters….He could not pull up my reservation and did... not want to look at information on my Hilton app and did not want me to give him the confirmation number. It took SO LONG. He was SO UNPROFESSIONAL, not sure how he got that job!!! They do not have coffee makers in the room, so you don’t even have hot water. The rooms are spacious and clean. However I would never go back there.

Poor staff, rip off hotel

JenniferR516 (Stansted Mountfitchet, United Kingdom) on Mar 22, 2025

I had an extremely disappointing stay at the Resorts World Conrad in Las Vegas. After a cancelled flight, my colleagues and I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, exhausted and just wanting to get to our rooms. W...hat followed was a chaotic and painfully slow check-in process that took over an hour. It was taking 10-15 minutes per person, and the staff seemed completely untrained, unsure of what they were doing. When I finally got to my room, I was hungry, so I grabbed a tube of chips from the minibar—only to find they were stale and had expired in 2023. When I brought this up at the front desk the next day, I was met with complete indifference. The staff member expected me to report it to a different department, as if it were my responsibility to fix their housekeeping issues. There were also safety concerns. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and got jammed while I was in it, which felt incredibly unsafe. Again, when I reported it to a staff member, they asked me to report it to someone else—once again, as though this were my responsibility. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was shocking. On top of all this, the resort fee was extremely high and wasn’t made clear on the booking site before arrival. It felt like a hidden charge, adding to the frustration of an already overpriced stay. Even more frustrating, at least half of the sun loungers at the pool were reserved, and they expected guests to pay an extra $200 for the nicer ones—despite already paying a premium for the room and resort fee. There was no free water or coffee in the rooms, and the minibar and other services were absurdly overpriced. For a supposedly high-end hotel, these basic amenities should have been included. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money. I will not be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
