Location was good and that was probably best part of this hotel. Prices were high. And you had to pay to check in early even though room was ready?! Cleanliness was a bit lacking. It was just OK. Star...bucks looks forever to fill orders. I would stay elsewhere next time.
Very disappointed in the Flamingo after over 20 years going to it!

Took over an hour to check in rooms. Kiosks were not working or had problems. Long lines to check in, only three employees were at check in/out. Very poor service. Had to get the Hotel Manager involved..., with little help from her (and she ended with a bad attitude), had to get the Casino Manager to help, and she resolved the problem with 7 rooms! Still ended up paying $95.00 instead of adding $20 per day to room charges - $55.00 more than I was supposed to!
