I don’t get all the glowing reviews

I feel like i stayed at a different hotel from all the other reviewers. The room was old and musty, including the bathroom, which was also tiny. You can’t even close the door without doing a contortionist... act around the toilet. The outside of the building also feels old and creaky. Yes it’s walking distance to Disneyland, but not across the street so it is quieter. The Pizza Press was so so - the breakfast portions were very large (for two people) but the service was almost non existent. There was no one at the counter so there was a group of people that had accumulated for breakfast and not sure where to line up. I would consider other good neighbor hotels next time, except this seems to be very highly rated so not sure what the other hotels would be like!

Great hotel, located directly across the street from Disneyland. We had a wonderful time there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were in LAX for our flight home when we discovered we had left ...our passports and credit cards in the hotel room safe. Marisa at the front desk and Reyna from housekeeping retrieved the documents quickly and turned them over to the Uber driver we had contacted. Thanks to them we were able to catch our return flight. Muchas gracias!
