Was expecting better . No evening entertainment that was exciting. A stale singer for 1 hr in the lobby 3 days . An ok violist several nights. Wasn’t given the entertainment schedule for the Ziva on the Z...ilara app do first few days we didn’t even know they had some . A fire thrower was good but we only found it by accident during this market festival as we came out of a restaurant. Chairs around the adult pool were all taken by & am. We got out there with ours at 6:30 and a third were gone . Food was good but the restaurants brought it several courses at a time. Once we ask them not to do that it was much more enjoyable at meal time. Best restaurants in my order of preference 1 Harbour Bend 2 Paris 3 Italian- worse service there 4 fusion - Asian 5 Jamaica They had a hut for jerk meats that was fabulous but you had to eat at picnic tables in the sun Only 1 bartender at the swim up bar so drinks could take awhile

The entire staff from front office, to engineering, housekeeping, F&B, everyone was amazing! Really made me feel at home. The food, drinks, and security is 5 stars! Special thanks to Stacy-Ann, and Kelcia!... The beach dinner was magical, thanks to the staff that set it up for us. Truly grateful. Happy customer!
