This Hyatt resort was such a great choice when choosing somewhere to stay in Montego Bay. The staff have been lively and friendly. Very down to earth people. The resort itself is gorgeous and clean. We got... to enjoy both Zilara and Ziva (kid friendly side). Our room stayed cleaned and stocked with towels. We ate at the restraunts there our first day and chose to go out and eat in town for the rest of our stay. Drinks were good, jerk chicken was good! Great clean beach areas. I would definitely come back here to stay!

Everything was excellent. Amazing property, staff, amenities and food. All the staff I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I loved the beach cabanas with butler service. The po...ols very lovely as was the entire property. Spa treatments were top notch. I booked a 1 bedroom ocean view suite which was extremely spacious and very well appointed plus 2 balconies and bathrooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning.

I’ve stayed alll over the world and have stayed in Jamaica this will be my 5th time and I can’t say how disappointed I was in the service. The check in and check out process was awful, everyone was rude, t...here was no hospitality or customer service, the food was sub par minus the jerk hut. My room was nice but they barely ever cleaned it. I didn't have the best experience like I have had at other hotels which was disappointing because it was a surprise trip for my husband’s birthday. Luckily I did a lot Of special planning outside of the hotel which made up for the bad customer service there.

This has to be the worst resorts I have ever been to! It is disgustingly dirty, smells like vomit and mold! The staff is unfriendly and rude like it’s a bother for you to ask them for anything! I truely do... not know how this place has a five star rating! Absolute trash. The building needs to be demolished.
