Incredible Staff, Pools, and Beach Access

We stayed here as part of a corporate recognition trip and had a wonderful time. The staff was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in the last several years of traveling. A big shout out t...o Danny, who took care of us at the pools and Amando, our server in the buffet at breakfast each morning. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and great hours to accommodate a range of schedules in our group. We loved the cabana but didn’t feel we needed one in order to enjoy the pool throughout the day, and the beach area is amazing. (Just put on a bit extra sunscreen since the white sand beaches do reflect sun.) I’m delighted to already have our return trip booked for my son’s 18th birthday. It was our first stay in the Dominican Republic but definitely not our last.

Just back from another incredible stay at Hyatt Zilara, and somehow, it was even better than last time. The real magic of this place? The people. The staff here go beyond hospitality—they make you feel lik...e family. Standout Activity Team: A huge shoutout to Manuel, Bryan, and Diomedes, who made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they recognized us from last year and made us feel like VIPs. • Manuel had us laughing non-stop—his energy is contagious! He even surprised our daughter with a Hyatt Zilara cap and orchestrated a hilarious water balloon prank for our son. • Diomedes made every activity a blast, from his high-energy (and deceptively tough) pool spin class to an unexpectedly fun bracelet-making session. • Bryan went out of his way every night to check in on us, making sure we were having the best time. His warmth and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Exceptional Butler Service: Our butler, Luis, was incredible—checking in daily to ensure everything was perfect and making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless, stress-free stay. Resort & Amenities: Hyatt Zilara itself is a dream—impeccably maintained, with jaw-dropping views, fantastic dining, and top-tier service across the board. This place sets the bar for luxury and hospitality. Already counting the days until we’re bacK!
