3 Nights of Pampering and Bliss!

Full disclosure, I have been a travel professional for 3 decades. I have been fortunate to stay many beautiful places around the world. And this was a paid stay at then end of a hectic work week. We were C...lub Level guests in the same building as the main lobby. Our view was lovely. Our bedding was incredible from the pillows to the duvet. Food was off the charts and was at the same level as any North American/European fine dining establishment. Standouts were the Indian restaurant and The Blind Butcher. Our service was over the top no matter where we were on the Ziva or Zilara side. I truly can confidently sell this complex and am very comfortable with the value received for price paid.

This is our 3rd trip to the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana with last year getting married at this resort. We get the same butler, @Juan; beach waiter now pool waiter @Danny: and room service @Esteban because they ...held us down with our 1st ever resort experience 3 years ago. These are just a fraction of the staff, all the staff here are polite, helpful, appreciative, and awesome. This is a yearly destination for us, we are vegan and every year back they up their vegan menu and availability! The activities here have also increased along with specialty nights which were all amazing!
