NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL!!!!!!!

Impressive Punta Cana. NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL. This past week I took a long weekend with some girlfriends to Impressive. We booked it last summer and at first I was very shocked at how inexpensive it was... - but "you get what you pay for" really holds true here. Check in - easy - while the room was not ready until 3, we were able to receive our wrist bands, use the facilities and start enjoying the all inclusive aspect. I do want to mention the second you check in, you are matched up to a Time Share sales person who will try and convivence you to take a tour in exchange for a meal on the beach. So, if you are not in the mood for that, just politely decline. Grounds - easy access to beach and pool, always ton of chairs. While we just lounged and read all day, it did seem to have a lot of organized activities for adults and kids, so partake how you'd like. Overall grounds were well maintained. Rooms - Solid C- here. It gave me 1975 motel vibes. Very outdated and not well kept. The showers have HALF a door, so water went everywhere when showering. This probably explains the musty smell in the room and the mold in the bathroom. Food - B- in my opinion. Overall it was decent and I felt the buffet had a lot of options but I would not say the food was good. I didnt have one meal where I felt "wowed"..... Service - Don't expect much here either. We requested extra towels and pillow for our room for over 36 hours before someone granted our request. The goal of this trip was to sit in the sun with my best girls, read and recharge. We accomplished that, but I would never ever go back.

It was a great week. Always chairs available at the beach and at the pools. The staff and service was excellent. Property conditions & facilities was very clean. The food at the buffet was very good. allot... of varieties. we also did some restaurants a la carte that were very good. The entertainment was great on the beach and at the pool. CJ was a great dancing teacher. Also at night they had shows and some music and dancing prior to the shows. One night they had silent disco. That was allot of fun. Very nice vacation.
