Just got back from our trip last night, missing it already. Here are my thoughts for what they are worth. I'm a pretty easy going guy and don't have massive expectations. I just love to enjoy the sun. Here... goes.... Check in/ check out.... super quick and easy. 10/10. Room..... had all we needed. Clean, cool, great care from housekeeping. Fridge stocked daily (including sparkling wine which i didn't notice till the end of our stay). We were on the second floor building 11, ocean view if u squinted. 9/10. Could use a little updating. Pools.... stayed at the 2 main pools and enjoyed them. Could have been cleaned a bit more but when surrounded by trees it is what it is. Tons of chairs with shade. Towels changed daily. Good mix of entertainment and quiet time. Overall 8/10. Pool bars..... at the pool. Sometimes you had to wait a bit, if u snuck in while quiet, all was good. Drinks were great quality. No concerns there. Servers were nice and worked hard but could have done with more help and definitely more cups (take your own). 7/10. Beach bar was really nice but slow service. Great location. Lots seating. Beach.... 9/10. Beautiful. Large number of chairs but get there earlier. Not a ton of shade. Sea weed raked daily. Not a big problem currently. Entertainers.... 8/10. Good mix through the day and some fun evening events. Staff worked hard for sure. Grounds.... 8/10. No complaints. Food..... hmmmm. Tough to give a grade here. Overall maybe a 7/10. A la carte (grill 9/10), tapenyaki (8/10 great experience), main buffet (6/10.... repetitive and food was often cold), grill buffet (lovely location and great omlettes and mimosa and staff were attentive 9/10). All in all. I'd give maybe around a 7.5/8 rating. Would I go back, not necessarily because of everywhere else I'd like to go, but not because of anything experienced there (or not). Also got to meet some super nice Canadian friends. Did not stay premium, not sure that I would have paid the extra.

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed with choice of pillows via a "pillow menu" if you are on the premium side. Many food choices to include buffet and restaurant style dining. The grounds are beautiful ...the jasmine flowers were everywhere! Would definitely recommend.
