Spring break trip with our girls. When an airline canceled our flight at the last minute, we were on our own to find a hotel to stay at. The staff at Melia went above and beyond to help us. Special shout ...out to the manager, Diego. He couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Helped us find rooms and put us up in a restaurant for a nice dinner. The resort is stunning and I plan to return. 100% recommend

We booked the level to have a VIP experience the service was at best average. In addition, we had the worst checkout experience ever. We paid for the room at the checking however after 7 days they had no r...ecords of our payment! We went one day earlier to ease the process but the had to call accounting to reconcile the payments.
