Just back from the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana where we stayed in a one bedroom suite overlooking the pool and ocean. Pros - STAFF Our butler Victor from check in to check out was there for us. I had a mi...nor medical issue upon arrival and Victor escorted me to the resort doctor for antibiotics. Stayed with me and then checked us into our room. Since the walk from our room to our preferred pool was a distance he arranged a seamless room change the next day. All we had to do was pack and goto our pool. A few hours later, he collected us and we checked into our new room. AMAZING butler. We also had exceptional service by Joel, Angelina and Maxima at the Elegance Club pool. They made us feel like family and smiles everyday!!!!! - POOL The Elegance club pool on the Elle side is exceptional. Clean and well designed. Truthfully our only exercise our entire stay was going from one end to the other. LOL - GROUNDS They are immaculate and constantly being maintained. The ambiance of the entire resort is why we picked the Majestic over the Secrets and Excellance resorts we previously visited. Con - The only con is the food at the french restaurant. We tried 2 of the mains last year and tried another (Duck Confit) this year and none of the mains were up to our standards. Perhaps coming from Montreal we expected too much. The rest of the restaurants were great!!!! Conclusion - We loved our vacation. So much so we again have contacted our travel agent for booking the same resort next year. Thankyou to everyone for making our holiday so memorable.
