Dear All, My husband and I spent seven wonderful days at your resort, Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. What we liked most about the resort was the cleanliness of the facilities and the beautifully mainta...ined grounds. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Our butler, Victor, communicated with us daily and offered valuable advice whenever needed. We were impressed with the layout of the premises and how easy it was to navigate from one area to another. We had a fantastic holiday and promised Victor that we would promote the resort to others back home in England. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the rooms to make them more modern. Additionally, it would be helpful to clarify the SPA facial promotion, as it can be quite misleading. One of the ladies at the front desk had very limited English, which made it challenging to understand the details. We would like to give a big shout-out to our butler, Victor, who went above and beyond to ensure we were settled in and comfortable. He was attentive and continuously checked in on us, especially after our long flight. Another shout-out goes to Frantzceau, who ensured our cabana was clean and presentable. His friendly demeanour and support in the heat made our experience even better, and he never seemed tired of our requests. We are excited to promote Majestic Elegance in a big way to our family and friends and cannot wait to visit again next year. Thank you for making our holiday the best we have had so far!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Our butler JC was terrific . All of the staff is. The bartender by the club pool Maxima is literally the best! Her drinks are delicious and she is so sw...eet! The Michael Jackson show was our favorite. Good variety at the buffet. The steakhouse Asadito is delicious. 9 Door for hibachi was our favorite. The chef put on a great show and the food was delicious. For the price point, this resort is terrific. Unfortunately, we were there the same time as hundreds of spring breakers but that’s not the resort’s fault. Insider tip: do club level, it really is great.
