We came to Majestic Elegance for our 20th Anniversary. We stayed in the Elegance Club and had a junior suite with an ocean view. Our butler, Victor, was top notch! Very responsive, very attentive, and was not annoyed with our special requests. He helped with our vow renewal, made a spa appointment for us, and twice brought us change for tips! The pool concierge, Juan Samuel, was so friendly and funny. He went above and beyond for us daily. He’s well on his way to being a butler. Hansel was outstanding. After we could go into the Italian restaurant because I didn’t wear long pants, he said “come back tomorrow”. He remembered us immediately and had a special table set up for us! Maxima and Santa (mi amor) were the best bartenders in the pool! Highly recommend!

The hotel is amazing, the location is amazing and the staff is the best. The only complaint I have is the air-condition system in the rooms is inadequate. We switched three rooms but all three had trouble keeping the room cool. Other than that, we had a great time and Diego, our concierge guy was incredibly helpful, always at our call ready to assist us with everything we needed. The guy is awesome!

What a wonderful time I had, I just spent 5 days in the Majestic elegance punta cana resort , the hotel is beautiful you realized as soon as you enter the main lobby, the checkin was fast, they also greet you with a wonderful cold drink. After the check in they give you a mini tour about the resort but this was my 5th time here , I knew where to go, although I haven’t been here since December 2019. I saw some. Familiar faces , I was not expecting how some of the staff member remembered me.that blow my mind , I enjoy the beautiful beach more than anything. Right before you head to the beach I recommend you stop at the bar club C. In that bar you will meet some of the most wonderful working bartenders there ,they incredible, theirs service is beyond expectations I called them the 3 incredible super women. Maxima is the head bartender what a wonder person she is ,I sat in that bar for hours just talking and drinking; she knew my favorite drinks which was pasión fruit mojito. her two helpers Santa, Anyelina We’re unstoppable I saw Santa and Ayelina with big smiles everyday I was there I saw how they treated me and others guest. I heard so many people letting them know how good the girls from club c are and how well they work together . I only had one day to meet francisca she worked at the bar also she nice , MaRY*** was part of the club c, they all did a wonderful job. But they made my vacation better just by having those ladies around . “Las 3 powerful girls “maxima ,Santa ,anyelina ; from club C. I also want to say thank you joel and Frantzceau the towel guys thank you so much for always taking care of me.always with big smiles. The food is good I ate at the sea and see restaurant where I met so many good people I hope I don’t forget anyone I met because they all wonderful but ,I remembered my girl stephany omg she’s great franklyn made me laugh so much with his personality. Vanessa always had a table ready for me, she’s great. Main lobby bar Alexandre my guy , he’s a great great guy so polite.thanks for the good drinks you made for Me.I want to say thank you to this wonderful lady maribel she clean my room she’s lovely. Always with a big smile. Thanks juan my juan thanks for helping me you did great . i appreciate everything you did .The shows are okay I enjoyed the Dominican day. And the Michael Jackson is a good one,I’m definitely coming back for summer 2025 with extra friends. Thank you majestic elegance for such a wonderful beautiful time.

Santiago our butler was fantastic and Ismael Castillo our pool bartender was awesome. Loved our swim up pool experience. Can't wait to see him next year l. Ismael was completely attentive of our experience. I would come back to this resort based on working with Santiago and Ismael alone.

Our butler Diego Pereguo Was an absolute gem He was helpful everyday and available for what we needed His kindness and attention to details was phenomenal he went beyond to help in every way to make our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as can be zero stress for us and that in itself was great because needed to relax that was amazing Thank you Diego
