This is our 5th time in Majestic elegance and it wasn’t disappointing as always. The food, the beach, the animation team, all of employees we communicated with were amazing and friendly. Our butler JC was ...great. He was on top of things for us such as reservation, some miscellaneous kind things. So, definitely recommend and we will be back

We just got back from our 3rd trip and it was fabulous. We were fortunate enough to be able to stay in Building C or the Elle Building and the room and location did not disappoint. We thought it was the be...st room in the whole resort! So thankful for the following employees who we consider our Punta Cana Family, provided excellent service and always had a smile on their face: Butler Erickson, Deivy, Maxima, Marilania, Anyelina, Santa, Joel Samuel, Jesus Andy, Ricardo, and Juan a grounds keeper. We can’t wait to return in November for our 4th trip ???????

We had Dario as our butler and Ismael at our pool bar, and they were both very attentive. Dario knew that it was the birthday for one of our guests and ensured it was a magical day. In general, all of the ...service staff were excellent and made the experience wonderful.

Nice rooms, we had a junior suit which has all you need including a jacuzzi hot tub. Nice pool areas and the club membership is adults only. The Japanese restaurant was one of our favourites, and other res...taurants include a French, Italian and Steakhouse as well as a buffet. The Italian and French require pants for men. Peter our butler was great when we needed his assistance.

Me and my husband came here on our honeymoon and had the best time! Osvaldy was our butler and was very attentive to our needs and reservations to the restaurants. We did an excursion to the sea aquarium h...ere and also one from trip advisor. We lived the all inclusive meals and drinks! Would come here again!
