My wife and I visited for 5 nights in April 2025. This place is awesome. You are treated so well and staff from start to finish was incredible. Specifically, Martha at the pool was the kindest most attenti...ve host. Victor at breakfast ensured we had everything we needed. Gabriela at Bar51 made the best drinks. If you are interested in an all inclusive, relaxing, romantic, quiet week with great pool time this is your place!

This was our second visit to Grand Velas Boutique Hotel. The hotel is immaculately presented throughout. The restaurants, gardens and suites are beautiful, no expense spared. All of the staff are very hel...pful and polite. A special shout-out to Martha and the pool guys and Hector at breakfast. They remembered us from our last visit which was special and they make sure all guests are well looked after. In our opinion, restaurants vary a bit, all lovely locations, staff and surroundings, but on a couple of occasions, the food was only lukewarm. The wine choice, for red and whites is limited and is not of a high standard and as this is a high end hotel, we didn’t feel the selection or standard lived up to the hotel’s reputation. We feel there should be a few more choices with some better quality wines. We would highly recommend the hotel, despite the items we mentioned and we will definitely return again.
