An outstanding resort with a well deserved 5 star rating. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Our personal concierge was Brandon Fernandez & he was beyond helpful for any of our needs. Rooms are spacious... and comfortable with great modern design. Food was excellent..we were hesitant at first because of it being all inclusive but trusted other reviews & it did not disappoint. Pool area spacious never felt crowded..a special note Martha ValVerde runs pool area & she is phenomenal. Loved everything about it. We already have made plans to return again this year. A truly wonderful vacation spot!

This vacation set the bar for me. Now I compare every hotel/resort I visit to Grand Velas! It’s truly a luxurious adults only resort. The views could not be beat. Rooms are spacious and I absolutely loved ...the staff here! It’s a high price point, but you get what you pay for. It was easy to navigate between both resorts using the shuttle. The food is high quality. I hope to return one day!
