I went here for my honeymoon with my wife and I was blown away. The rooms were incredible. We got an ocean view room and it was the best! The showers/bed/view were all incredible. The service was excel...lent. Our conceierge was Brandon and he made sure that everything was taken care of for our trip. Our pool waiter was Daniel and he made sure our drinks were never empty! And side-note, the pool-side food was incredible. Best ceviche I’ve ever had! It wasn’t a cheap experience, but it was 100% worth it and well absolutely be back!

This all-inclusive property is simply the very best if you’re looking for a sophisticated, quiet rest away from hustle bustle. The food at all the restaurants is incredible and the room/view is terrific wi...th every detail well thought out. We’ve stayed here twice and both visits were truly delightful with ZERO complaint. The staff are the absolute best. At check-in, you meet your concierge who will attend to every detail throughout your stay. Our concierge Itzel was just amazing helping us with reservations, spa treatments and other necessities. Pablo saw to my husband’s insatiable hunger for pulpo salad and guided us toward extraordinary Mexican wines. Jesus helped us at the pool making certain our water was never empty and our bar “needs” were met before we even knew we were in need. No detail at this property is overlooked!

Service was impeccable. Lovely amenities and location . Food was fresh and delicious! April is a great time of year there. Beautiful weather, temperature and before the rainy season. Beds are VERY COMFY...! Eat at the outdoor pool restaurant. Shrimp tacos are sooooo delicious

My wife and I just returned from a glorious vacation at The Grand Velas boutique Hotel. Our experience was beyond wonderful. Our Hotel Concise Brandon made our trip so wonderful and stress free, answering ...all our questions and concerns with the utmost in professionalism. Made all our Dinner reservations, and other events, gave great advice as to those restaurants and was available 24/7. Other employees of the Hotel were also great. One in particular stood out, Martha. Our Pool Concierge. Always with smoke on her face, she took care of us like she was our daughter. That being ssid, EVERY employee was wonderful, polite and attentive. Best vacation EVER!

From the minute we arrived to the hotel until the minute we drive away, it has been magical. We were there for one week!!! Our concierge Brandon meet us right away. He was wonderful. So helpful and caring.... Brandon genuinely wanted this to be our best vacation and It was!!!!!! Checking in with us all time to see if we needed anything!!! We felt so special. As we met all the staff, everyone was so nice. At the beautiful pool, Martha was our girl. She always got us our “favorite “ lounge chairs!!!! Martha special drinks were so refreshing! One drink had grapefruit juice in it and my husband and I can’t have it so Martha made us a special one!!!! The hotel is simply gorgeous. We stayed in the Grand King Suite. Wow!!!!! So amazing. We definitely are coming back next year. I’m going to ask for Brandon as our concierge!!!!! Thank you Brandon,Martha and all the staff for the best vacation we ever had.
