Relaxing holiday with fabulous staff

We are just about to leave after 2 weeks at Body Holiday. The staff make the holiday they are helpful ,charming ,& there are a lot of them! Our room was the cheapest but it is comfortable a/c works well ...& the king sized bed very comfortable.The food is very varied tasty & the seating area overlooking the sea is perfect.It is all inclusive so you can enjoy without worrying about the cost.There are a lot of things to do that were also included like gym classes water skiing tubing tennis scuba diving to name but a few there are 2 swimming pools & aqua fit was a lot of fun.!After aqua fit we usually headed for the swim up bar. The staff really do their best to make your stay special I loved it & will come back when I can .I met several people who have been coming for years that says it all I guess.
I gave the Body Holiday my mind and it did give me my body back!!

I had been ill and needed some recovery and me time , I was also going solo. The Body Holiday gave me just what I wanted, sunshine , comfortable clean accommodation, good health food, plenty of activities ...and blissful spa treatments daily. Going solo not a problem as everyone so friendly and the staff so happy to help in any way
