What a great trip for an anniversary, we stayed in the water bungalows great experience. Staff was great food was good water so clear, there is a huge sea turtle that visit the bungalow, there was jelly fish at the time of the trip but you could see them they tend to come out lunch time in the heat. Safe to leave resort and try black pineapple so sweet.

I’m ONLY giving this a Five Star Review because of the employee from the Vibe Team who made the experience go from a One Star Review to Five Stars - thank you Maliki. He was such a joy and highlight for this trip. We stayed at the resort for six nights & each night Royalton has a theme night- which is awesome to get guests in the vibe. Maliki was a great host- a wonderful and kind person to us - a joy and pleasure to converse with & all in all a gem to get to know as a person. He treated us all so well. I won’t talk about the poor treatment we received from front desk staff, the inconvenience of the dining experiences, or even how the rooms were messed up and we couldn’t even upgrade as an options. I’ll make a poor review on this resort separately. This review is simply for the young man, Maliki, so he can get the credit he deserves! I appreciate him so much and hope you get the recognition you deserve. Thanks Maliki for everything, you’re amazing!
