It's 2 years since we last visited. I don't recognise the staff other people have mentioned in their reviews- they are all friendly, helpful and smiles as usual, maybe it helps if you smile yourself ! I ...asked reception to pass on a message to maintenance and it had been taken care of when I returned to our villa. The new menus in the Rainbow are a great improvement on the previous one. Docksiders food is good too and the attention to service there has improved. Shout out to Omar Nice to have the beach drinks trolley again - Erickson is a great addition. The coffee shop with Jo Ann and the others is still great. Both beaches are clean with enough loungers. Shout out to the guys clearing the small amount of seaweed on Cocos beach - very efficient. Yes the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, but they are clean and you're not spending much time indoors anyway. All in all - love it !

Superb three weeks Stayed in the one of the villas?? The resort is great, food good, well maintained, superb grounds and excellent facilities There’s staff that are OK and then there’s the staff who rea...lly shine and make it great for everyone ?? The brilliant stand-out staff includes Tryphina, Amie, Omar, Ken at water sports and Judy at Mamora bar One other guy who tidies the beach every evening making it great for the next day and who probably never gets a mention but is brilliant is Rene
