Beautiful One-Bedroom Suite at Divi Golf and Beach Resort in Aruba: The resort is notorious for its lack of cleanliness. The housekeeper moves from room to room with two dirty, wet, and smelly towels, onl...y cleaning what she notices. It's pretty amusing! The kitchen cabinets and the exterior drawers of the dresser haven't been cleaned in years, and there are layers of dust and visible fingerprints. The floors are dirty because the housekeeper only sweeps up what is clearly visible. It's quite funny yet concerning! The shower receives a quick wipe, while the housekeeper continues with her two trusty, smelly towels in hand. This situation is unsanitary and genuinely disappointing. That was the first and last day I allowed housekeeping to "clean" my room. Additionally, her janitorial cart, left outside in the hallway in front of my door, was disgustingly filthy. Hey, Divi, management by walk-around is crucial for maintaining your brand. Cleanliness and sanitization compliance are essential for effective cleaning and maintenance, leading to truly clean results. By the way, the entire building, including the elevators and staircases, is dirty! New branding: Divi Dirty! What a shame!

The people were wonderful. The room was dirty, needs a good deep cleaning and maintenance. They provide the bare minimum for the kitchen. It was relatively quiet from room to room. The noise came from the ...hallway.
