The hotel service is 5 star all the way around!! The staff is so accommodating and friendly!! Martha was so sweet and made us feel like we were at home! She is such a beautiful person!! The bar/pool staff ...Jorge and Kendrick were so friendly and super accommodating they made this my best birthday ever!! The front desk staff Dhruva was also a highlight of the trip!! He was always happy and greeted us with so much enthusiasm every time! The bell hops Omar and EJ was so helpful and full of knowledge!! I’m going to miss everyone! This hotel has so much character! The food and drinks are amazing!! The amenities are beautiful and well kept. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this to everyone.

Beautiful everything! Wonderful experience. From the beginning until the last day. Exceptional experience. The pool and the beach directly across the walk was our best part. Accommodating with everything w...e needed. Most definitely will be returning.

When we return we will definitely be coming back to embassy hotels. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The bellhop Temar really set the stage for what you are going to be experiencing from friendly sm...iles to sincere good mornings even went out of his way a few times to address us by name and say good morning through out the trip.. Beautiful views from every angle, and stunning pool area with great food and bar area. Lorraine at the tours desk was fantastic she helped us book a utv excursion and rearrange our dinner reservations that we had previously planned on our own just so we could do the excursion and not miss dinner. They have a stunning beach area that caters to their guest with a safe accessible tunnel to get to the beach side. The grounds are well taken care of and manicured.

Stayed for 5 days. Rooms were lovely, pool was very big and the hot tub was awesome. Morning breakfast was a variety of eggs, omelette, bacon/sausage, pancakes, French toast etc. Staff were lovely and ver...y helpful. Walkable to main Street, palm and eagle Beach. Would stay here again.

My husband, 3 kids (18, 15, and 12) and I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites in Aruba! Pros/cons below; overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we travel to Aruba! Pros: The ...pool area is fanatic! The pool is very big so never felt crowded and there are plenty of chairs/shade. The service and food/drinks from poolside restaurant/bar was great. The breakfast buffet included in the rate was very good. Tons of options and well-stocked each day. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner twice, both times service was great and food was good. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable for the 5 of us. Not huge but we didn't do much except sleep and shower there so it was fine for that. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: The hotel beach is not great. The beach itself is small but fine, however the rocks make enjoying the water nearly impossible. The pool more than made up for it but if you're looking for a beach vacation this isn't your hotel. The "evening reception" line for the bar was insane. I understand when there's free drinks there will be a lot of interest but I feel like they could figure out a better way manage that process.
