Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Beach Resort is in a great location across from the beach. Outstanding service from all staff - wait, concierge, housekeeping, pool, food prep and management. Rooms are all suites, comfy for 2 or more. Walking distance to butterfly farm, beach, bigger hotels/casinos, bird sanctuary and more. This is less busy than the all inclusive and hi rise hotels. Breakfast included, 2 restaurants onsite (mid range - good food all around). Happy hour each day and store all make for convenient experience. Overall a great spot and a great value.

we only booked here because regular hilton is going through renovations. i am going to keep it brief. looked like less then 50% occupancy NO Diamond Benefits at this property. other than the welcome fruit platter. Dont bother waiting to get here for a room upgrade, because all they do is come up with some absurd $ numbers and pitch it to you for same size room , closer to the elevator ( so the view is of the sea from the middle of the property). higher floor, or a room w. a balcony. the room size was exactly the same. the service was very good at the pool, breakfast restaurant, evening happy hours. pool cafe, beach huts. breakfast was good .. poolside cabana furniture and pillows was moldy and dirty .. towels helped.. we had a lunch at the pool cafe, the food was a once and done. the pool alcoholic drinks (cocktails) were blah ... did the happy hour.. ordered 8 different drinks.. none were good enough to even drink halfway .. the happy hour drinks ( cocktails) were blah ... i did visit the regular hilton and regretted not staying there ..

My cousin, aunt and I went a few weeks ago to Embassy Suites Aruba and we had an absolutely amazing experience!! We all felt amazing, the all staff, pool/staff like Jorge, John, Randy, the waiters at the breakfast buffet Martha, Franklin, Nadim and housekeeping Francia treated us all like family we hadn’t seen in a long time, the room was very nice and convenient. The breakfast was also very good!!! Would recommend to anyone to stay at Embassy Suites

Our family just got back from Aruba and we LOVED this hotel but more the people! They treated us like family at this hotel and were so accommodating and hospitable. Martha and Nadime and Franklin at the breakfast buffet were absolutely fantastic their service was beyond amazing as well as those who make the omelets, homemade and fresh just as you like! And the pool towel and beach cabana service amazing as well! Jorge and John were super friendly and made you feel at ease as well as all the others that worked at pool towel and beach cabana service. I loved that you can swim calmly and relax while your personal belongings are being watched, the beach Juanita includes security as well! Me and my family were able to go for our walks around the beach and leave our bags behind knowing they will be watched by security as well as those who work at pool and beach. And the room service fantastic as well! Very clean and Francia our housekeeper was super friendly! We will definitely be coming to this hotel again when we come back to Aruba, it really felt like home away from home!

This was my first time in Aruba and at this hotel: I loved it! The check-in/check-out process was seamless. The rooms are modern and beautiful. Breakfast is always fresh. However, pay attention to the number of guests...essentially around 9am. Jorge and the other pool attendants are excellent with guests, which is something I can say about the pool. All the staff were super helpful and always smiling. There is a positive atmosphere at the hotel!
