Service was unfriendly and slow. Was shocked at the lack of enthusiasm for their jobs. Worst place I’ve stayed on the island. Don’t stay here. Go next door to the Radisson Aquatica which is smaller, less expensive but has friendly staff and a calm bay ocean you can actually enjoy. Will never stay in a Hilton again, anywhere.

Thank goodness we were only here for one night before flying to Bequia. Check in took about 35 minutes as only one member of staff was available to help despite a queue of people. The whole place just felt tired. I get that older hotels have quirks and outdated features and that’s fine but this place felt uncared for and it needed a good clean. The shower in our room was particularly grim. The shower screen was thick with limescale and the shower head was so gunked up with limescale it resulted in a trickle of water making it through. Basic housekeeping done badly or not at all. Horrible. The breakfast was a token effort too. Never again, not even for a stopover.
