Sugar Bay had the best staff!!! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to help! There were some special staff that made our trip even better and memorable! Lashonda was the best! She made sure my birthday was special! She called the steakhouse and had them do a birthday celebration for me! I felt so special! Levontae was wonderful! He taught us how to paddle board, informed us of activities on resort, and made sure we had spots on the beach to hang out! Antonio was the best bartender! I informed him that I didn’t drink alcohol when we first arrived and he made me the best virgin drinks everyday!!! He took pictures and videos for me and my friends while at the bar! He told us of planes we should see and tour while in Barbados! Nicholas was an excellent waiter! Friendly, helpful, and great personality! He suggested I try the steakhouse for my birthday and to order the filet mignon! It was perfect! I wa so glad he suggested I celebrate my birthday there. Kay and Kimberly had the greatest personalities and were so sweet! Everyone I saw them they asked did I need anything or wanted anything. They always met me with a smile and were always working! These people are special and Sugar Bay you are blessed to have them! They other jobs with pride, had work, and a smile! We will Never forget our stay at Sugar Bay! The food was some of the best I ever had on a resort! There was a huge variety of offerings! There was something for everyone! Now I’ve mentioned all the good I must share the downside. The rooms are very outdated. The room was a disappointment it needs painting, and was not esthetically pleasing. I love a beautiful room when on vacation nd it wasn’t. It was clean but outdated. The housekeeper cleaned it everyday and provided fresh linings and towels.

This is the most amazing hotel we have been here for 7 days and are so sad to be leaving we feel like part of the sugar bay family. Everything from the minute we checked in has been the most friendly and chilled experience it’s 5 star perfection. Food amazing never the same taste delight twice, thanks to Akeil, Chersa, Romario, Nichola and all the other amazing staff (friends), the most comfortable bed.New Year celebration was amazing, we have had the best holiday ever so sad to leave but we will definitely be back. Thank you for the best week in paradise Sally & Gary x
