It was a great hotel. The best worker though was Eric. Really, I am coming back to write this review because he was so helpful and made this place feel like home when I was here. He should truly get a rais...e or higher position with his expertise and great vibes he brings. Helped us as much as we could ask for.

From the first impression we were welcomed with top genuine hospitality! We truly enjoyed our extended stay for 9 days! The staff was caring and friendly as we could tell they wanted us to be there. The... facility was spotless-clean and well cared for daily. The location was very convenient to the water taxi terminal and local sundries. The parking area was very convenient for the golf carts parking. The front desk with Crystal and Eric and the heart of the house staff: Adrian, Tyron, Chris, Ernestina, Henry, Maria and Maria Galiona all were very hospitable and amazing! We are sending relatives back in late May and mid-June 2025 to experience this same memorable stay at the Alaia hotel Belize as we had a Belizeable experience.

We just got back and we were very disappointed in our room. Booked a two bedroom, two bath room in the Reef House. The shower in the master bath was filthy and full of mold. Even the woodwork was dirty and... looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Not what you expect from an expensive, Autograph collection hotel. We complained and they offered us one free night as an apology. They gave us $400 versus the $675 per night we paid and said we should be happy. We were there 7 nights and only could use one of the two showers we paid for.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to the amazing staff. Eric especially stood out — he greeted us warmly and personally walked us to our room. Anytime we needed anything, he ...made sure we were taken care of right away. He truly went above and beyond, and definitely deserves a raise!

Alaia Resort was amazing and relaxing! Eric took great care of us. Our room was out of this world and had so much space for just the two of us. The food was a little pricey and overall amazing. We will def...initely be coming back to Alaia and San Pedro, Belize
