Major disappointment!

The main reason I booked this hotel was because they advertised a beautiful indoor pool and deck area with fire tables, lounges, drinks…Without warning this was all closed. I flew to Calgary to have a few ...days with my daughter. We were looking forward to just hanging out together in what I thought would be a resort-like atmosphere. They were so booked up with conferences that I wound up in a room overlooking a demolition site. I would have booked at a different hotel had I known. The one tiny saving grace is that the staff are lovely.
