Room temperature was too hot. The air conditioning unit to cool down the room was very noisy and you can’t open the windows.

My wife and I stayed one night at Hotel arts. We were down town for a Christmas party. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean with a very comfortable bed as well as a well set up, clean and stocked bathroom.

Great hotel. We stayed one night as my hobby's work put us up here for the evening for their staff party. Location is great as it's walking distance to so much nearby including where the party was held. Overall felt like a safe area for downtown. Parking was kind of confusing so we just did valet and it was awesome, my vehicle was actually jam packed full of snow and the next morning it was all melted off so I'm assuming it was in a heated parking garage so would definitely do that again, would probably do the valet in summer as well. We had a nice view of the Calgary tower from the 7th floor, I love that the rooms have balcony's, our room was boiling hot and the air only blasted hot air so we opened the door for a bit to cool down the room. The breakfast we ordered for Sunday morning was beyond amazing and huge portions so it was well worth the $58. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here as it was the closest hotel to an event we were attending. I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely hotel, exceeded expectations. From arrival to leaving the service was excellent. Nice rooms, friendly helpful staff. Made us feel welcome and not just another guest.
