The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel. It is conveniently located on Stephen Avenue and next to the C-train. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are super com...fy. I come here every year for a dance competition and my stay is always top-notch.

Excellent service and location, +15 is not far away and several restaurants and stores are close to the hotel. The noise is not excesive and room have all you need for a business or family trip. You can ha...ve access to the pool, gym and steam room.

Venue was very clean. Lighting was very welcoming. Everyone we came in contact with were professional and kind. Front desk was confident and competent. The rooms were spacious, beds very, very very com...fy (sheets were tucked in very well). Pillows were very fluffy. House keeping was EXCEPTIONAL! The view facing the sky rises were very mesmerizing; during sunset, into the night and at sunrise. The room was very sound; I didn't hear traffic outside. The venue is very intuitive and easy to navigate through. Communication was excellent; both from staff, signage and letters. I felt like a VIP. I loved the parking, very secure as safe. Location was in a perfect location; walking distance to the Mall, Calgary tower and side shops. Within a minute or two, you can get access to 1st which becomes Macleod trail (major artery that leads both north and south of Calgary); this is very convenient. Venue and Staff were Stellar!

Unfortunately this was the wordy Hyatt experience we’ve had. We’ve stayed here the last 2 years and this was by far the worst. I always felt like I was inconveniencing the staff, there are no longer robes ...and slippers in the room, our room smelt like sewage and 2 staff members came to investigate. One brought room spray. They agreed it smelled and would speak to their manager, but I never heard from anyone again. It was not the experience that I’m used to from Hyatt. We will rethink staying here agin next year.
