This hotel was excellent. The person who checked me in was very nice. We had a room on the 9th floor. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was huge and also spotless. We didn’t hear any noise from inside the room.

Central location in downtown Calgary, great staff who are guest centric and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we paid sky high prices during the Stampede. Best to go during off peak periods.
Friendly clean central stay in Calgary

We stayed at Hyatt regency Calgary during the stampede. The rooms were clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and always happy to answer questions. There is a little bakery that sells muffins, coffee and some groceries items located in lobby and the restaurant is located in lobby also. Delicious food can even get takeaways and take back to your room. It was in a great central location. The c-train is located behind hotel and this takes you direct to stampede and other places around Calgary.

The staff refused to provide us parking even though space was available. Didn’t get back to us after saying they would. Staff told us the parking spaces were taken however, when we checked the space during the night and in the morning, the spaces were unoccupied.

I had no expectations going into this stay as I was there for a conference. However the property and service blew me away! I’ll be keeping Hyatt in mind for my next stay globally.
