Guests and visitors of the hotel during this timeframe will be extended complimentary valet service, and will have their vehicles parked offsite. The overall feel inside was very nice, and the decor in the lobby was classic but not overdone. The room was nice and comfortable. The views are amazing, but some of the windows have lost their seals, and ...there is condensation inside them, so I understand the need to renovate. Again, the food on the premises is very good but a little costly, but I guess the cost to operate in the Rockies is significant. My one beef though is the music in the lobby and the sitting area and bar was so fricken loud that I could not sit and do some work on my computer and had to retreat into my room. I asked staff why, they didn't know and said the volume climbs until the days end. They reduced the volume for an hour or so but then back up to 7 or 8. I do not get it. I've been in Canmore and Victoria very recently, and I need to put some work time in. The lobby areas were great there, but not so much here. Way to shoot yourself in the foot, Rimrock.

Loved it! Amazing views, staff, service, cocktails and food! It was a really nice birthday getaway for me and my fiancé. The interior of the hotel is classically beautiful and I’m a little sad to hear that... it’s going to be renovated although I’m sure it will be stunning. I loved the free shuttle into town which was so convenient.
