Yes, we loved this place. There was plenty of room in our room. It was massive. The staff was very attentive to our every need. It was very quiet and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed dinner in The Primrose and everything was perfect. One of the most enjoyable things to do was enjoy a cocktail on the balcony, outside the lobby.
Outdated hotel, expensive and not a resort

I stayed at the Rimrock in a Deluxe room July 12-15. The room was spacious and had a great view. However, I was very disappointed in the bathroom quality. The bathtub was concaved, which made it difficult to get firm footing while in the shower. The handles of the sink fell off each time we used them. The lights flickered. Frankly, I must’ve paid for the view because the entire room was dated. For the price, I’d skip the Rimrock and stay at the Fairmont. Unsure how this continues to be a 5 star “resort” because it is in dire need of a refresh.
