Guests and visitors of the hotel during this timeframe will be extended complimentary valet service, and will have their vehicles parked offsite. Loved it! Amazing views, staff, service, cocktails and food! It was a really nice birthday getaway for me and my fiancé. The interior of the hotel is classically beautiful and I’m a little sad to hear that... it’s going to be renovated although I’m sure it will be stunning. I loved the free shuttle into town which was so convenient.

Fast check in and check out, bell staff helpful hotel was clean and the conference facilities were clean and well staffed. If I come back it would be in a non peak time as there are cheaper places to st...ay in Banff and the Canmore area. I was satisfied with the stay.
