Hands down the Best all inclusive I've been to and I've stayed at at least 12 different ones in different countries. We went as a family and it was great for all ages. Spa was super clean, amazing massages and service. This resort had an abundance of restaurants and top notch food. They have amazing street tacos, crepes, steak, lobster (30.00usd). They had a great coffee and ice cream shop. I think our kids ate 10 meals a day plus snacks amd room service (included in preferred club)

Entire staff was incredible! Very friendly and extremely helpful and they genuinely cared about all of their visitors. Stop looking! This is the place for a fun and relaxing vacation No hidden fees and no unwanted surprises. Jessica at the rooftop pool area and Juan Carlos our guide really stood out with their attention to details and they truly melase sure we had wherever we needed during our stay!
Great Experience

Experience was great with the family. The kids and my spouse had a really good time. The explorer club for kids was very engaging for the kids with alot of activities. The buffet food place alot had a lot of variety of food to chose from. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. All of them knew their jobs and were exceptional at it.
Hyatt yes but quality not so

Rooms good size, well kept and clean with supersize showers. The food quality is poor given the brand. The so called speciality restaurants serve up mediocre portions and of variable taste. Yes the steak offering on top floor is good as long as you are prepared to pay for it. The Asian, Italian and Mexican offerings are nothing like traditional food. The prefered restaurant offers a main of chicken in flat bread and few chips, it's dire but great location. The prefered club upgrade of between $65 to $85 a night is optional and not sure it's justified. The pool is nice, beach poor, pool staff attentive with drinks. The house wines are abysmal and the chargeable offering require a second mortgage. The majority of staff were pleasant enough. Be prepared for waits to get to golf club as 15 mins by shuttle and madness of tee off arrangements. $125 after 1.30pm but doubles over Xmas. Course is ok but not superb. You can see 13th hole next to hotel but you can't get to clubhouse where food and drinks are chargeable. Tee off times are chaotic and pro shop similar plus expensive merchandise. The evening entertainment is pitiful, high wire act 4ft of ground as example, all events on terrace with few rows of chairs dragged out. Buffet is repetitive and can be greasy. Come on Hyatt you need to up your game, the customers and staff deserve better
