We just spent a wonderful week at Wyndham Alltra Cancun! Can’t say enough good things about this resort. The resort was perfect, it was super clean, the staff were so friendly and we had great food. A grea...t big shoutout to the amazing Chef Limber who was incredibly kind to our family after I did a ceviche making class with him, he made us a reservation and made amazing meals for us! And Chef Erik! Also so many wonderful friendly waiters, Filiberto was one of them that was super nice! And our smiley kind bartender in the VIP lounge. Thanks also to all the cleaning staff who seem to be incredibly hard workers keeping the resort so clean! The entertainment staff were super fun! Hola Claudia & Chef Limber ??????? We can’t wait to be back! And we highly recommend this resort ???? Tamara and family

Find Marcelino at the Restaurant Ventana for the best service! He made the kids balloon animals, special cake, remembered all our drinks, called us by first name. Just a great overall experiences. Anyw...ays just great overall experience for the family.

This resort is so awesome and I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Solomon who reacted so quickly to perform the Heimlich on my youngest during dinner. Despite the chaos, and I’m sure his own em...otions, he was right back to work giving great attention to our child having her laughing, smiling and finishing her meal. All the staff at this resort were so welcoming right upon arrival and throughout our stay. We felt safe wherever we went as the staff and lifeguards are very attentive and kind. The resort is super clean, rooms and bedding are very nice with plenty of options depending on your group and the restaurants were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Roberto from the At Sunset Grill gave us an amazing show. Great service. He was so respectful and personable. He was very patient, polite and met all our needs. We were very satisfied and left so happy. He... even placed napkins on our laps and found our vegetarian friend non meat options at the grill.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally good experience, though there were a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was just okay not terrible but n...ot spotless either. The staff was another slight downside, while some of them were professional, some of them weren’t particularly warm or welcoming, which made interactions feel a bit transactional rather than hospitable. The waiting time for some of the restaurants were extremely long too despite coming early we had to wait 3 hours to dine at their italian restaurant. Overall experience was good. Would I stay again? Probably but with slightly adjusted expectations.
