We loved everything about this resort. We came with our two children, 16 and 14, and their gma and gpa (my parents). The staff is incredible and the service throughout the resort is very friendly and helpful. Armando, the bartender in the VIP lounge, especially took great care of us each night. There is tons to do for everyone along with food for every palate. I highly recommend this resort for anyone with kids looking for a great family getaway.

Marlene did a fantastic job serving us dinner at Azul. Food was tasty and atmosphere fun! The resort was beautiful. The pools were clean. The staff is friendly. The weather was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay everyone made it a pleasurable experience.

This was our second time staying at the Wyndham Alltra. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel so welcome. It’s a fantastic resort for families. It’s big enough to never be bored, but small enough that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The kids enjoyed Camp Alltra activities and water slides. We stayed in a family room with bunk bed, trundle, and king bed. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but it was a perfect size for kit family (3 boys, 12, 8, and 6). The food is much better than food we’ve experienced at other all inclusive resorts. Azul at breakfast was our favorite - delicious food and beautiful view. Martin Landero, our family’s server at breakfast, was the best. He was very attentive and always greeted out loud bunch with a smile every morning. Ricardo and Jose at the beach bar served the best drinks at the resort and made every guest feel like thr most important guest. The kids enjoyed visiting them for fanta and virgin daiquiris. The nightly entertainment and daytime fun made it to where we never needed to leave the resort. But if that’s your jam, there’s plenty of opportunities for excursions. We can’t wait to go back!

This hotel was so perfect the service was perfect , everything made my vacation so worth is special shout-out to the employees, I wish I could call them out but they were all great !

Great family place. Food is good rooms are nice. Staff are great and friendly. The best beach area in Cancun.
