Overview

My family loved the food here. Sake steak was great, very full of flavor. Daughter ordered two helpings of fried rice. We also enjoyed fried ice cream. Wait staff was good. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Enough choices for even picky eaters
Watch out for the taxi drivers to the airport! Scam.

Our stay was OK. Food was alright. Rooms were nice - generally service was good. However, trying to get a shuttle to the airport. or a taxi isn't an easy thing. The front desk told us we had to arrange for a taxi or shuttle through the bell hop. Apparently you need to book a shuttle 24 hours in advance, which we werent told until the day of. So, we selected a taxi. The bell hop told us it was $87.00 USD for the trip - we agreed and arranged for a pick up. The bell hop contacted a taxi - which wasn't a real taxi. When we arrived at the airport - he wanted $97.00 USD. We told him no. Then he processed the charge, said it didn't go through because the internet was spotty. He ran the charge again, and this time had paper in his machine. I waited and - I knew it. There were two identical charges on my am ex. Total theft. I think it is really bad if you claim you are a 5 star hotel, and your employees are part of the scam.
