Everything from start to finish was easy and awesome. Daniel the e-concierge was extremely helpful prior to our arrival, making reservations and giving recommendations. Roger the beach/pool server was fantastic; very attentive and service with a smile. We did 4 days of the Total Tennis program at Nadal Centre and really enjoyed the variety and pace of all of the drills. Coaches were consistent and friendly. This is my second trip to this resort and it did not disappoint. We will be back!

Amazing property and experience. The rooms are very clean and everyone seems to be in a great mood. We especially loved The wait staff at Poseidon beach front restaurant. Carlos and Enrique are top notch along with the food and drinks there.

Christopher At the Japanese restaurant was very good. He took care of me and my family good. I wish all waiters are like him. He s always smiling Very nice Kind Respectful He was patient with us and was making sure we are taken care of in detail. Thank you

The hotel is what you would imagine as a paradise! A highlight was Sumptuori a la carte which we booked that was included in the price. Cristian served us and was very attentive, especially with our toddler! Highly recommend. Definitely will be coming back at some point
