Customer needs more honest from the hotel

I would like reconnaissance 3 people for their excellent service, bar tender Robert , Bell boy Julio , waiter in the dinner room, and the room service ladies unfortunately l do not remember their name , those guy were the best ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Moldy and Worst Accomodation

It was the worst hotel accommodation we ever went into. We were initially checked into a room that was musty and moldy-smelling, and you can see it from the wall molds forming. We asked the front desk for us to be transferred to another room. The next room we stayed in looked okay. I set the thermostat to 18 degrees centigrade for the night. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating, and when I checked the thermostat, it was at 26 C, but it felt warmer than the reading. Again, I asked the front desk to fix the AC/thermostat x5 throughout the day, but the AC technicians did not fix it, and I finally requested to be transferred again to any room. We were given another room to check - the same issues with the AC not cooling. The next one we checked - there was an occupant - smh. The last one we checked was okay and seemed cool. I set the thermostat this time for 74 F, or around 23C. The temperature in the room looks like 50 to 60F. We kept the room because it was not hot, and we could keep ourselves comfortable using the duvet.
