Great experience with Chef Pablo at Ayami. Good food, good service. Chef put on a great culinary display. I would definitely recommend to all guests to enjoy great Japanese dining. Great wine list. And it’...s all part of your all inclusive stay

My husband and I recently spent 6 days at the Krystal Grand Altitude suites and we had the best time. Make sure when you come you stay in the Altitude suites because it gives you access to all of the ameni...ties that the hotel has to offer. We spent most of our vacation relaxing poolside and our server Alejo was amazing! He made sure we always had what we needed and was super attentive! Our favourite entertainment staff member as Alejandro as he was so personable and made our time so much fun! The buffet had good variety and changed themes every evening. We also tried the Habachi tables and the French restaurant (which is exclusive to Altitude suites members). We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family and again our poolside server Alejo was fantastic!
