The beach is AMAZING, plush white sand, warm water, great waves, comfy beach chairs and quick beachbar service. Upon arrival, Janer was so welcoming and made us feel so excited to be here. we are staying in the Altitude tower which is VIP all the way, new modern clean fresh rooms, huge walk in shower! GREAT ocean view even from the "city view" room. All Inclusive with awesome restaurant options - was able to call the tequila I wanted as well when enjoying adult beverages that were included in the package. Great location close by to Coco Bongo!

The beach is amazing. Beautiful clear water. The four on-site restaurants offer very good food, albeit limited choices. The main buffet was ok. Service in the buffet was poor, but the service in the other restaurants was very good. The thing that stood out for me was the service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotal concierge, Elena, was amazing as were the poolside waiters. A short walk down the street is a nice little market for souvenirs and such, along with a ton of restaurants. We were on a budget, so took advantage of the amenities offered by the resort. My only complaints were, the pool was quite cold, and the elevators were super slow and hot All in all a great vacation/honeymoon.

This one is a tough review ! I’ll start with this may be one of the most amazing beaches I have been too ! Beach service was great and always friendly ! Food was always good and the buffet was always decent ! No bacon lol but we made it through the week ! Service by the pool is either impeccable or non existent, very hit and miss ! The sun never disappointed us was a constant beautiful 29-30 ! Rooms are standard ,decent, clean and well kept . The location is pretty much perfect! All around excellent stay other than hit and miss service , , we would just take care of getting our own drinks and snacks ! Enrique by the pool was always busy and took care of us when we were able to be in his section ! He’s a great waiter and a funny guy , had us laughing all the time ! So all around I would stay here again and I’m not much to going to the same place twice !

Great quality for the price. Beds are super comfortable and the pillows are great. Staff is friendly and great service. Special shout out to Alfonso Coto and Jose at the grill restaurant. Also like to mention Fernando at the beach restaurant who offers a wonderful service.

Okay so going to give you the complete honest information about this resort. We upgrated to the altitude suites..the upgrade gets you a nicer room with a nice view...thats about it. They say you get topshelf booze and an exclusive bar...but its just a regular bar in the altitude area and there is no bartender half the time. The one breakfast spot included with altitude is also in the same area as the bar. It is buffet style but very small. Same food every day cereal, fruit, granola, omlette station, pancakes, sausage and tiny chuncks of french toast.. never changes. Oh yes and one pool exclusive to alltitude suite which only has about 10 chairs around it, for its a tiny pool..so never any space. You can rent beds for 90US, per day if you wanted. Thats it for upgrade. The resort:) possatives _ beach is beautiful with full beach service and you can order food on the beach to, again same 5 items..never changes. Everything is close by not lots of walking to get around resort Bracelets get you in your room so no fussing around with cards Negatives Cleanliness is an issue...beaches never cleaned up..broken cups, foid packets, drink lids sitting in sand for days... washrooms were very dirty mostly..not enough cleaning throughout resort... rooms cleaned good though. Zero alcohol or food after 11 oclock.. so no food at all past 11. No drinks passed 12, but in reality there shut down completley by 11:30...and no drinks until after 11AM... daily... Restaurants you can book on there app, but we were only able to get into two.. because they just book up.. foid at the booked restaurants was good..they definitely need more staff though...very long waits one waiter serving everyone. Breafast buffet same as alltitude..no changing it up..very small buffet most of the time the food was cold..so it was an omlette and fruit for me daily. Lunch buffet was good. Again tiny buffet and more choices would be great. Dinner buffet I never tried, mostly went off resort to eat. Hope this is helpful ??
