Hotel was great, we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the Ayami restaurant and Pablo put on a great show for us. Definitely try and book in to see him in action. LJ ( I think was his name) was a new waite...r and was also excellent. Provided excellent service both times we ate there. Janer was our concierge and we couldn't be happier. He visited us many times to make sure we were having a great time and assisted with anything we needed. He was awesome and nothing was any trouble. Super nice guy and very helpful.

THE WORST HOTEL AND EXPERIENCE EVER! THE AC IS NOT IN THE HOTEL LOBBY OR ELEVATORS AT ALL, THE HEAT WAS UNBEARABLE. THE CLEANING WAS POOR, TRASH NOT TAKEN OUT, NOT SWEPT, NOT WIPED DOWN, NOT MOPPED, NO TOW...ELS LEFT HAD TO CHASE THEM DOWN DAILY. THE TOELS WERE HARD, TORN, AND NEEDED TO BE TRASHED (SEE PICS). THE SHOWER FLOODED DAILY, CALLED MANY TIMES AN NOBODY SHOWED (SEE PICS). ROOM BAR WAS NOT STOCKED DAILY, YET YOU SEE THEM IN AND OUT YOUR ROOM??? MOST DANGEROUS PART WAS I HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AFTER COMING BACK TO THE ROOM, REQUESTED WATER/ICE SO I COULD TAKE MY MEDICATION, IT TOOK OVER 40MINUTES TO ARRIVE. I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE RECEPTION 2 TIMES AS (FERNANDO (SEE PICS, WAS RUDE, DISMISSIVE, ARGUEMENTATIVE EVEN AFTER I MENTIONED I AM ABOUT TO DIAL 911. TO HAVE TO WAIT OVER 40 MINUTES FOR WATER, ICE TO TAKE MEDICATION IS BY FAR DANGEROUS, HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. WHILE WAITING 40 MIN FOR WATER, I CALLED ROOM SERVICE, BELL BOY, HOTEL AND NO ANSWER.NOT SAFE OR CLEAN!!

My husband and I went to Krystal Grand Cancun for our ten day honeymoon and absolutely loved our time there. There’s tons of restaurants that have the best waiters and the food was phenomenal. There’s an A...sian restaurant that serves hibachi, included in your all inclusive, an Italian restaurant, a bar & grill, a buffet and the pool and beach also have restaurants. Everywhere you go, people are there asking what you would like to eat and drink. We have absolutely no complaints about the food. Our favourite waiters were Miguel at the buffet (Resturant O) and Pedro Batun at the grill. They were so accommodating, kind, hard working and they made our trip very memorable. We also really enjoyed our bartender Christian. The beach was absolutely stunning with clear, salt water. There are four pools to choose from as well. The beds were very comfortable. The room was dated, but that didn’t matter to us. There was highly entertainment almost every night. Where we stayed ten nights we did have a couple repeat shows. The staff were so kind and the resort was perfect. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

Best staff were Julian, Cristian and Alejandro, very helpful and great members of staff. A credit to the hotel. Other residents were very loud and smoking weed in the lifts and public areas with children ... . Barely any clothes were worn to breakfast and dinner . These groups were very loud and making noise until the early hours of the morning . Not very family friendly in that area. The hotel claims to have a dress code but this clearly doesn’t apply to certain minorities .

Julian and Cristian were both amazing at the bar. They remembered every drink we ordered and provided excellent service. Very warm and genuine people at the hotel. Other people staying here are very friend...ly. Vibes are always good here, would definitely recommend this place.
