The room was not very nice for the money paid. The fridge was not filled during the 4 nights even though we left a note. Food and bar was excellent and very great personal we had a great experience with Cristian, Mario, Kevin, Carlos (coco bongo ), and our friend Jose angel from the Jewelry store Amazing shows. The hotel in general was very clean Beautiful Christmas decoration

The restaurant staff is amazing! I love the servers at AYAMI! Especially EDUARDO! He is the most honest, sincere, kind, gratitude, and patient server at Krystal! I could not have asked for better service, better food, or even more fun! This was our honeymoon, and we will never forget our special moments in Cancun!
