We paid a room with an ocean view and they put us on the 1st floor

As the title says we booked a "luxury room with ocean view" on their website and we just arrived and were given a room on the 1st floor. We also called front desk months in advance to find out if they cou...ld provide a crib for our baby. They assured us they had cribs available then but now that we are here they just don't have any.

The service at the restaurants, bars, and on the beach was great. The best part was the hibachi grill with cesar. The events each night were lots of fun and very involved. Would recommend if you are lookin...g for a family or adult friendly experience.
