My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights in June of 2025. The room was amazing and kept very clean. We had amazing service from Manuel and Jose at the pool. Eduardo, Silvia and Amanda with entertainment... helped us to have so much fun and get out of our comfort zone with games and nightlife. Flavio and Antonio at the lower lobby bar made excellent drinks and had good conversations. We were disappointed that there was no coffee shop but the bar in the lobby made wonderful coffees. All the dinners were really good and the wait staff was great. Everyone is so friendly!

Our first time in costa mujeres . Out second day and we LOVE everything starting from the service. Everyone is very friendly. Dalias service at the pool was extraordinary, always checking on us and making ...sure we were doing good. Food is amazing in every restaurant. Our concierge Eduardo is also very attentive and making sure we have a great time and informing us about every event. Glad I chose this resort to enjoy our vacations in Mexico !
