The entire experience was underwhelming. Rooms dated, ac not working, bed squeaked, toilet broken. Room changed 3 times in 2 days. Food- not good. No bacon in the buffet, table service lacking. Ordered o...range juice they never brought it. Lobby bar food was the best in the whole resort.. chicken and spring rolls. Specialty restaurants were worse than the buffet. Pool- the heat is intense, but they don’t have enough umbrellas. Entertainment was ok - water volleyball, bingo, Zumba I stay at Barcelo a lot, just know this is not that.. unfortunately
Couples trip!

We stayed here with a group of couples. Our room ceiling was leaking and flooded our room and our shower drain was clogged. They didn't change our room for 3 days and when they did, I we were moved to 2 do...uble beds so my boyfriend and I couldnt sleep together. The food was bad. The massages were GREAT. I wish the drinks at the bars were better too like with fresh fruit instead of whatever they were using.
