My family and I went to Momo restaurant at the resort. The dinner and service was fantastic! We love all of our dishes including the momotum roll and yakisoba. Our server Jesus was attentive and friendly a...long with the rest of the staff. This restaurant has been one of our absolute favorites on the trip.

Great trip! They had great customer service, good and drinks. We did the dolphin swim, snorkeled, punta sur and overall just enjoyed the resort. The live shows at night were AMAZING! I would highly recomme...nd. Great family friendly and overall just a good time!!

We love the Cozumel Palace. The staff is excellent. Flamingos restaurant, with Brian and Lourdes is amazing!!!!! We love Martha and Ivan who work at Gondolas italian restaurant. Charlie Jackson and the en...tire entertainment staff are exquisite.

Over the years I have stayed at several different hotels on Cozumel Island. That said, Cozumel Palace is by far the best and nicest hotel I’ve stayed. From the wonderful hotel renovation upgrades, to the A...mazing Staff, there is simply no better resort on the island.

Wonderful Stay! The staff is so friendly, they make you feel like you’re family! Large selection of good food. Being health conscious, I loved the healthy items. Some days we didn’t feel like going to dinn...er so we did room service, included in all inclusive option. The staff was amazing! Marahi, Rocio, Heri, Hiram, Fili, Jose at the restaurant were the nicest people every morning always welcoming you with a smile! Will definitely come back! Husband and I came to relax and scuba dived. Even though most of our diving plans were with Scuba Life just a 10 min ride away, we will consider the resort’s scuba company next time. If you’re a tourist, they make sure you stay safe when you leave the hotel.
