My family of 3 generations enjoyed our stay! Rooms were good, location is beautiful and convenient. We especially enjoyed the food (all-inclusive), and the staff...so warm and engaging!! Roger Lopez (wh...o coordinated hotel entertainment) and others made us feel welcome!

This is a small resort but authentic feel. We like that you can go snorkeling right off the back of the resort. It has a tiny beach area so you can put you feet in the sand if you want. The cruise ships co...me in and block your full view of the ocean but it didn't cut into our fun. Location is easy access to downtown or when the cruise ships come in, which isn't everyday, the area come to life with restaurants and shops opening. Armondo, the bell hop is so friendly & helpful. Rodger, the activity director is full of energy and always smiling. We did several activities with him and it added to our experience. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean.

The resort has a very friendly staff. The best experience was with Roger, the event coordinator. He had very high energy, out going and fun! He really brought the fun to the resort. He did reminders of th...e events, bingo and the guacamole class. Based on those experiences alone, I would go back!

We have been coming to El Cid La Cieba for years together as a big family. The staff is wonderful and the food is just delicious!! The activity director Roger was just wonderful, very engaging and had lots... of fun things for everyone to do. What a special guy he is! Ruby the beach server was fantastic, so friendly and attentive. The service was spot on! We had a wonderful time as always! The rooms could use a refresh but they were always clean and cool. Great place to stay!

This place was great Roger was awesome with the activities I would stay again the resort was clean and the people were friendly the pool the bar and beach are easy to access the activities we fun and engag...ing I had a great ocean view and the drinks were strong and flowing
